Mars Consulting Services is an IT consulting company. We work with small and mid-sized businesses that need software built, infrastructure moved, or day-to-day systems kept running. Usually all three, eventually.
Most of our work starts with a mess someone inherited: a site nobody can update, a server nobody wants to touch, a backup that has never been tested.
We sort it out, then stay on if you want us to. You talk to the people doing the work.
Every project gets a fixed scope and a real date before anyone writes code. Weekly check-ins. Remote, with on-site when it's needed.
